President of Pakistan Arif Alvi dissolved Parliament on 3 April 2022 and Supreme Court of Pakistan has taken a suo motu notice of the situation the country after the dismissal of no-confidence motion in Parliament.

Deputy Speaker Qasim Khan Suri dismissed the no-confidence motion against PM Khan terming it ‘unconstitutional’. Petitions were filed against the ruling of Deputy Speaker in the Supreme Court.

 Imran Khan addressed the nation and asked his nation to prepare for election.

As per the earlier reports, Imran was to face the no confidence motion moved by the opposition.
